Refunds & Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with products that you have received by purchasing online, you can contact us by email or by calling shop directly; just have a receipt or order number handy for easy correspondence.
In regards to produce as they are perishable lines and you are unsatisfied, we would request to contact us within 48hours of delivery so that necessary actions can be taken.
If the refund or return is regarding non-perishable items like dry grocery please contact us within 7 days of delivery to process refund or return.
We will visit you to swap or process a refund (in case if we don't have replacement product) to save your time.
